Refund and Cancelation Policy, Dispute Resolution Policy
Together with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, these documents constitute the agreement between Infatica Ltd. (Infatica, the) and You. Please read these policies carefully before agreeing to use the service: If You (The Customer or You) are unsatisfied with the quality of service provided by Infatica, You should use the following Policies to approach the dispute and refund settlements.
Dispute resolution
If you are having technical difficulties or would like to request a refund, please contact our support team (available 24/7) by opening a ticket in your account – or via email for an even quicker response: sales@infatica.io. We value our relationship – and before issuing a refund, we will be happy to try our best to solve your problem.
Where Refunds Apply
You subscribe to a paid plan only when you want to use the Service’s advanced features. You’re solely responsible for choosing between the Service’s free and paid options.
You can request a refund if one of the following conditions is met:
- The Customer made an unintentional double payment to top-up their account.
- The Service is not available outside specified events (e.g. Service maintenance.)
Where Refunds Don’t Apply
You cannot request a refund if one of the following conditions is met:
- The Customer registered an account using incomplete or inconsistent information.
- The Customer used the Service for illegal activities.
- The Customer breached the obligations outlined in the Terms of Use.
- The Customer’s connection speed is lower than expected: Connection quality is determined by a variety of factors and can worsen even if the Service is working correctly. Thus, the Customer’s connection speed when using the Service is beyond the scope of the Service’s performance.
- The Customer has started their trial period.
- More than 10 days have passed since the payment, even if the Customer hasn’t started to use the Service in the given payment period.
- The payment amount was less than 5 USD.
Proxy Replacements
ISP Proxies and Datacenter Proxies are provided on an “as-is” basis, and we do not offer refunds for these products or replace proxies once they have been assigned. This includes proxies that may be banned or blocked due to user activity.
